My K2 FTJ medical examination

Mar. 13, 2012 in the PH time, mom and my son went to SLEC for his 1st day medical examination.. my brother went with them bcoz my mom is not that familiar to that area which my brother is.. they arrived there early like before 8am and the guard just checked the instruction letter from the US Embassy, Manila and my e-mail to SLEC regarding my inquiries.. they didn't asked any authorization or IDs from my mom and my son. My son did the TST and the physical examination and eye vision test.. he will gonna return on thursday for the result of TST and praying everything goes well so he can have his immunization too on thursday.. the doctor told my mom to bring again my son's PP.. they also looked for my son's babybook.. i am so happy that my son didn't get any white slip for additional/ referral slip to other doctor.. one day down for him... my mom told me funny stories about my son... like when my son saw the needle for TST he ran away from the doctor and my mom caught him at the door and hug him and the doctor told my son that he will gonna call the guards and let them hug him so u cant run ^___^, my mom covered his eyes and hold his arms so he cant move while the doctor is injecting the needle... done on the 1st day like 12pm and had lunch at Robinson's and dropped by at MAnila Zoo...

2nd day...

went to MOA....

3rd day....

arrived at SLEC like 8am then waited... 9am TST result is ok.. no need to do x-ray or sputum (thank u Lord!)... sched. for immunization at 1pm...

went to computer shop to pm me the good news...

went back to SLEC for immunization... my son is asking if he will gonna have vaccine but my mom didnt tell him the truth bcoz she knew that Miguel will walk out again and will cry at that moment... wooo... so its time for him to get his vaccination... he doesnt want of course so the doctor told them to go out the room or come back in other day when Miguel will be willing to have the vaccination, so my mom told Miguel do u want to go to your Mama in the USA?, he replied yes.. and mom told him u need to do the vaccination now or u will not go to your Mama... so Miguel went again inside the immunization room and he sat and close his eyes... the doctor told my mom to be near to Miguel ^_^ , he got 3 vaccines... and they gave Miguel 5 pages of personal copy of his medical... they also told my mom that those papers are the docs. i need to show to the school here and i think in the AOS too... so glad that this stage is done.. now we are in our next step... Interview....

Tulsa, Oklahoma Learner's Permit to Drive

Been here in the USA for 8 mons. and i just decided to get my DMV test here in Oklahoma. At first i don't like to get a DMV test bcoz i am not interested in driving really, so my manual is just sitting here for almost 8 mons. but i just realized that i need to learn how to drive and since i am pregnant and i cant work right now i started reading my handbook for the 1st time ^O^... I practiced free online test http://www.driverknowledge.com/oklahoma-dmv-practice-test/ then after 2 wks. i told to my husband that i want to take the test even i dont have yet my GC on hand.. so called DMV and asked them what are the requirements and how much is the fee for the test. Here in Tulsa, OK the testing fee is $25.50 but i dont need to pay the fee unless i pass the exam, i had with me my BC, EAD, SSN, mil. dependent ID, our MC but she only asked for my EAD and SSN card then she entered all my information in her computer then i filled out a paper then i did my test.. and of course i passed... here it is 20 items and passing score is 15, and i got 17 correct out of 20 items. I would suggest to read the handbook bcoz here in Tulsa mostly the questions are road rules there is only one road sign... after i passed the test she gave me a piece of paper that i brought to the tag agency here and there i paid the fee, after paying the fee i also got my TDL with me. They gave me 8 mons. to take the road test. And also if you are wearing eyeglasses or contact lenses u wear it bcoz they will test the eye vision too.
