You’re hot
Let’s kiss and make up
Missing you…
Can’t wait to kiss you, baby
My heart aches for you
I can’t wait to be in your arms again
I'm here and you’re there. There doesn’t know how lucky it is.
As long as I have you, I am always with you
I can’t stand missing you this much
I imagine kissing you to fall asleep at night and wake up feeling your arms around me
1000 miles away and you are still right here in my heart
You are far from my eyes, but close to my heart
Being away from you is the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do
I’d walk a thousand miles to touch you tonight
Our love keeps me warm when your arms aren’t here to hold me
When I get sad, I just close my eyes and imagine you next to me
My dream come true would be waking up next to you
I would wait forever to be with you
I love your ways
Be my teddy bear
I’m all yours
You are perfect to me
You take my breath away
You are the best
Love me forever
The best is yet to come
I love you more every day
You are so beautiful
Can’t get you out of my head
I can’t stop thinking about you
You are my perfect match
I love you, my prince
Even the heavens in all its majesty cannot compare to your wondrous smile
Rains fall, winds blow, the sun shines… it all comes naturally, just like loving you
Your smile makes my heart beat faster
I love you more than anything in the world
Your laughter fills my world with happiness
Your smile melts my heart
You are my everything, my love
Thank you for loving me
You are my world
8 letters, 3 words, 1 meaning. I LOVE YOU
My love for you will never die
Everything comes and goes, but my love for you will last forever
I love you for being you
Baby, you’re the best thing that ever happened to me
I hold you in my heart
My love for your grows every day
I am madly, deeply in love with you
I’m so happy to be in love with you
You are the beat in my heart, you are the fear in my soul, you are the tears I cry, you are my world
Loving you is like breathing, so effortless and natural, but I’d die without it
Loving you is all I want to do
You brighten my days
I thank God for you
You hold my heart in your hands
I would walk through fire for you
Have I told you lately that I love you?
I wish I had the words to tell you how I feel
You are the icing on my cake
You are my best friend, my love
You are my sunshine
I will tell you I love you with my last breath
Till death do us part, I will always love you
I’m all yours baby, heart, body and soul
You are the man of my dreams
With you, my life is complete
Making you my husband/life is my greatest achievement
When I put my arms around you, I know that I am home
In case you didn’t know, I’ll be loving you always and forever
Loving you is effortless
You are one in a million
Thank you for loving me
I love the way you love me
You are always on my mind
You are everything to me
My happy place is with you
The only thing that makes me sad is that I can’t possible tell you how much I love you
LOVE doesn’t even begin to describe what I feel for you
You amaze me
You inspire me

Another fruit given to me at the office.

The rambutan (pronounced /ræmˈbuːtən/; taxonomic name: Nephelium lappaceum) is a medium-sized tropical tree in the family Sapindaceae, and the fruit of this tree. It is native to Malaysia, Indonesia, The Philippines, Sri Lanka and Southeast Asia, although its precise natural distribution is unknown. It is closely related to several other edible tropical fruits including the Lychee, Longan, and Mamoncillo. It is believed to be native to the Malay Archipelago,[3] from where it spread westwards to Thailand, Burma, Sri Lanka and India; eastwards to Vietnam, the Philippines and Indonesia.[4] The name rambutan is derived from the Malay word rambut, which literally means hairy caused by the 'hair' that covers this fruit, and is in general use in Malay and Filipino.[4]

There is a second species regularly for sale at Malay markets which is known as "wild" rambutan. It is a little smaller than the usual red variety and is colored yellow. The outer skin is peeled exposing the fleshy fruit inside which is then eaten. It is sweet, sour and slightly grape like and gummy to the taste. In Costa Rica, it is known as mamón chino due to the likeness of the edible part with Melicocca bijuga and its Asian origin.

lanzones

Fruit given to me at the office. And i decided to paste here the myth of this fruit.

Lanzones are local berry-like fruits with light brown skin. The fruit itself is white inside. When ripe enough they have a subtle sweetness that tantalizes the taste buds and make them want to sample for more. But according to a local myth, it used to be a harmful fruit.

Before, according to the myth, the lanzones fruit was poisonous. The fruit looked edible enough, and in fact many were tempted to sample it. The myth says, the people wondered: How could anything that looked so good be so dangerous? Some people, despite the death toll, could not fight off the temptation once they see the fruits abundantly display themselves in clusters hanging invitingly on the lanzones tree. Several deaths in the village had been linked to eating its fruits, the myth adds.

One day, the myth says, a hungry old woman came to the village begging for food. The kind villagers gladly gave the old woman food and water and clothes to wear. They even offered her free lodging as long as she saw the need to stay with them. According to the myth, the woman was awed by the kindness of the villagers. One day, while staying with the people, she learned about the lanzones fruits that could not be eaten because they were poisonous. She asked the people where the tree was. They gladly obliged. Then, according to the myth, upon seeing the lanzones tree and its fruits, the old woman smiled knowingly. She announced to the people that the fruit was edible, to everyone’s wary delight.

She taught the villagers the proper way to pick, peel and eat the fruits of the lanzones tree. According to the myth, the old woman said that peeling the fruit by pinching it lets out a small amount of the white sticky sap from the fruit, and that served as an antidote to the poison of the fruit. Then, the myth says, she did it with a fruit and ate it. She did the same with another fruit, and another, and another. The myth says the villagers also discovered for themselves that the fruits were very edible and delicious. Since then, the villagers started planting more lanzones trees and it became a very lucrative source of income for everyone, the myth adds.

The Philippine myth on the lanzones tree and fruit reminds us that there is a proper procedure for doing things, even things untried before, to end up with a safe outcome.

Day of getting my son's passport....

Today Oct. 11, 2010 is the day of applying for my son's passport. I woke up early, 4:30 in the morning and i cant go back to sleep anymore, so i decided to online and check my VJ, my FB and my YM and i sent a txt to my honey. I cooked for our breakfast and then we took our bath. We went to our Regional Consular DFA just here in my place, we arrived there early at about 7 o'clock in the morning but to my surprised there are lots of people already waiting in line... i thought it will not be difficult for us to fall in line coz we already have a no. but their system outside of the office is not that good.. people are disorganized... we waited for almost 3 hrs. outside of the office, standing fall in line and its hot, difficult for me bcoz i have a kid with me, my son is really bored and even he ate his breakfast before we went inside the office he already asked me to buy him a snack..hehehe.... the guard told me to leave the bottled water in him, foods and drinks are not allowed inside the dfa ofc., and even using of cellphones too, so we turn off our mobile phones. we are guided to where we will be sitted, we patiently waited to flash our no. on the query board. and atlast our no. flashed, and we are instructed to go to window no. 2, the guy who assisted me is nice, he is polite unlike the other guy who is sitted beside him and reviewing other applicant's form and docs., hehehe, the guy only asked for my son's birth cert. and he looked at my passport and asked me to submit a photocopy of my front and back passport, then he instructed me to fill up the middle part in the application form, i just put there, my name, my relation to the applicant, address, and my signature. and he told me to proceed to area 2. weeeeee... i thought he will gonna ask me lots of docs. and ids bcoz he asked me why i am still using my single name and i told him bcoz i am annulled, and then he just nod, i even asked him if do i need to show him my annulment docs. and he told me no need its ok, lolz,... coz other applicants were asked lots of docs. and i.ds..... lucky me and my son hehehe....

In area 2, this is the area where they will encode the informations and where my son was taken his picture for his passport. But my son did his passport picture after lunch already. then the last step is the payment, there are two payment scheme first is the regular and the other one is the overtime, i paid the fee for the overtime bcoz if not my son's passport will be release after a month but in OT the passport will be release after 12 days...

I just paid for a courier to deliver my son's passport, i really dont want to go back and fall in line again, hehehe...

Thank's to God that we finished the process for only one day, coz other applicants already coming back and forth to the dfa, and its really disappointing and sad bcoz other applicants are from other places like in batangas, mindoro, and laguna...
its really a tiring day for me and my son, after we are done in the dfa, we ate, miguel bought a clay and then we went home... hayyyyyyy its good to be home after a long dayyyyy!!!!

Note: my son brought with him his gameboy and his clay hehehe, maybe its prohibited but glad the man didnt mind my son playing his gameboy and his clay, maybe he even understood too that u know kids will get bored inside the dfa so he just let my son play his clay and gameboy...:)

rose from an officemate

Rose given to me by my office mate last Oct. 1, feast of St. Therese...

Saint Thérèse of Lisieux, Virgin.

Celebration of Feast Day is
October 1.

The spread of devotion to St. Therese of Lisieux is one of the impressive religious manifestations of our time. During her few years on earth this young French Carmelite was scarcely to be distinguished from many another devoted nun, but her death brought an almost immediate awareness of her unique gifts. Through her letters, the word-of-mouth tradition originating with her fellow-nuns, and especially through the publication of , Therese of the Child Jesus or "The Little Flower" soon came to mean a great deal to numberless people; she had shown them the way of perfection in the small things of every day. Miracles and graces were being attributed to her intercession, and within twenty-eight years after death, this simple young nun had been canonized. In 1936 a basilica in her honor at Lisieux was opened and blessed by Cardinal Pacelli; and it was he who, in 1944, as Pope, declared her the secondary patroness of France. "The Little Flower" was an admirer of St. Teresa of Avila, and a comparison at once suggests itself. Both were christened Teresa, both were Carmelites, and both left interesting autobiographies. Many temperamental and intellectual differences separate them, in addition to the differences of period and of race; but there are striking similarities. They both patiently endured severe physical sufferings; both had a capacity for intense religious experience; both led lives made radiant by the love of Christ.

The parents of the later saint were Louis Martin, a watchmaker of Alencon, France, son of an army officer, and Azelie-Marie Guerin, a lacemaker of the same town. Only five of their nine children lived to maturity; all five were daughters and all were to become nuns. Francoise-Marie Therese, the youngest, was born on January 2, 1873. Her childhood must have been normally happy, for her first memories, she writes, are of smiles and tender caresses. Although she was affectionate and had much natural charm, Therese gave no sign of precocity. When she was only four, the family was stricken by the sad blow of the mother's death. Monsieur Martin gave up his business and established himself at Lisieux, Normandy, where Madame Martin's brother lived with his wife and family. The Guerins, generous and loyal people, were able to ease the father's responsibilities through the years by giving to their five nieces practical counsel and deep affection.

The Martins were now and always united in the closest bonds. The eldest daughter, Marie, although only thirteen, took over the management of the household, and the second, Pauline, gave the girls religious instruction. When the group gathered around the fire on winter evenings, Pauline would read aloud works of piety, such as the of Dom Gueranger. Their lives moved along quietly for some years, then came the first break in the little circle. Pauline entered the Carmelite convent of Lisieux. She was to advance steadily in her religious vocation, later becoming prioress. It is not astonishing that the youngest sister, then only nine, had a great desire to follow the one who had been her loving guide. Four years later, when Marie joined her sister at the Carmel, Therese's desire for a life in religion was intensified. Her education during these years was in the hands of the Benedictine nuns of the convent of Notre- Dame-du-Pre. She was confirmed there at the age of eleven.

In her autobiography Therese writes that her personality changed after her mother's death, and from being childishly merry she became withdrawn and shy. While Therese was indeed developing into a serious-minded girl, it does not appear that she became markedly sad. We have many evidences of liveliness and fun, and the oral tradition, as well as the many letters, reveal an outgoing nature, able to articulate the warmest expressions of love for her family, teachers, and friends.
